This Laguna Madre house was built in the early 2000s and has a stunning view of the bay and South Padre Island, but was in desperate need for a full-remodel. By better utilizing space and closing in the upstairs balconies, we converted this 4 bedroom house into a 5,000 square foot house with 5 bedrooms, an upstairs playroom, and a 3rd story office.
